How it works

  1. Pick a date for your fundraising photography event

  2. Choose a location outdoor or indoor at your kindergarten centre or school

  3. Advertise the fundraiser by displaying a fundraising poster in your foyer/news wall (we’ll design and supply that for you)

  4. Let your families know about the photo fundraising event date with a weekly news later or email your families

  5. Bookings are made online by each family so no extra work for you, we’re going to make the booking page for you with Trybooking portal.

  6. On your preferred date, we come and set up our professional mobile studio and photograph the families at your school or organisation

  7. On photo day, families arrive at their allocated time ready for their photo session. We’ll take a range of photos - family, children only, grandparents and children. Pets are allowed to join the family portraits.

  8. After each family is photographed, they will view and select their free fundraiser portrait and other favourite portraits right after on the iPad, so there’s no need to come back for another day of viewing

  9. The family portraits will be delivered to your school or organisation two weeks later to be collected by your families

  10. A minimum of 8 confirmed bookings are required in order for the fundraiser event to go ahead, so please spread the news to help your fundraiser be an awesome fun day out and a successful event !
